For beginners, put the full potty on the floor. When your toddler’s ready to transition to the big potty, remove the seat and lid, and snap them onto the regular toilet seat. (Not recommended for use on padded seats.) Trouble shooting steps: If the batteries have been changed for new, good quanlity alkaline ones then I would suggest checking with the consumers that their children are using the Potty.
